Automation, custom-designed target machines:

Our assembly machines perform some assembly operation automatically. They are typically prepared for screwing and pressing tasks. When performing the operations, it is important to ensure adequate and constant quality, therefore the assembly process takes place under constant control. Torque control, pressing force and travel control.

In recent years, product tracking of products has become increasingly important. For this, the identification and marking of the given product is essential. The machines designed and manufactured by us with laser, inkjet and mechanical marking equipment are a complete solution. Applied marking tools are Tumph, Keyence, SIC-marking, Technifor, Telesys. If necessary, our marking equipment can be connected to the customer’s central data collection system.

Individually designed machines were made to solve tasks in the barrel factory, foundry, and food industry:

barrel painting system (external – internal);
barrel lid lock;
sand core extraction machine;
sand core deburring machine;
helium injector.

Measuring and test equipment:

For more than twenty years now, our company has been developing and building leak test, flow test and dimension control equipment for the automotive industry. In recent years, our machines have appeared as an integral part of the complex final control system. In the case of these systems, robots service the individual equipment, and then the inspected workpieces are sorted into unit loads by robots according to their classification and type. An important requirement of today’s production systems is the monitoring of the important parameters of the workpieces. Our machines offer the possibility of storing and retrieving the measurement results and, if necessary, they can be adapted to the customer’s IT system, thereby providing up-to-date information for production management and production management, with the help of which production processes can be immediately intervened in order to improve quality.

Among the leakage testers designed and manufactured by us, you can also find equipment suitable for underwater inspection and fully automatic equipment with short cycle times used in series production. Our leak testers are used to test parts made using the casting process (cylinder head castings of internal combustion engines, turbocharger parts, intake pipes, etc.). In addition to leakage tests, other types of measurements are also sometimes necessary, such as measuring geometric dimensions – hole depth – or checking the cross-section of certain channels (flow rest). For this reason, leak detectors are often supplemented with devices for other checks, or integrated into a robot-served cell as an independent measuring device. Our equipment meets the strict quality requirements used in the automotive industry.

Machine families and their most important parameters:

Aqueous tightness testers:

– they are suitable for underwater inspection of workpieces, during which the location of defects becomes visible.

– compactness testing of several different spaces,

– touch screen interface,

– stainless steel design,

– manually operated machines.

Compactness testers with transfer instruments:

– the measurements take place one after the other at several measuring stations;

– geometric measurements (combustion depth, mold closure) and checks;

– measurement of the cross section of some channels;

– BAYER DLP 40 type leakage measuring instruments,

– FURNESS FCO 200 or BAYER DLP 40 type flow measuring instruments,

– capacity: from 48 pieces/hour to 135 pieces/hour,

– marking of castings according to the measurement result;

– sorting of castings depending on the qualification;

– computer data recording, data storage.

– robotic service if necessary.

Compact instrument compactness testers:

– the measurements take place one after the other at a measuring station;

– BAYER DLP 40 and ATEQ leakage measuring instruments,

– capacity: 30 pieces/hour,

– marking of castings according to the measurement result;

– computer data recording, data storage.

– type developed for the construction of robot-served measuring cells

Size checking machines:

In our geometric dimension checking equipment, we use contact sensors, optical non-contact devices, laser distance meters, and cameras to solve the measurement tasks. Our equipment includes simpler measurement tasks – external diameter, hole depth, thread check – and more complex measurement tasks as well. Complex measurement tasks include those cases when the position and shape correctness of geometric features must be measured in the designated base system of the part.

In all cases, we hand over our measuring machines to our customers after machine capability tests.

Typical measurement tasks:

– external diameter measurement;

– measuring the diameter and depth of holes,

– measuring the position and fidelity of shape features,

– search for surface defects;

Logistics systems:

A wide selection of transport equipment can be found in our company’s product range. From food industry applications to foundry use, equipment suitable for the transport of bulk materials and piece goods has been produced. (Conveyor belts, roller tracks, jamming tracks, chain tracks, cross conveyors, pallet transport equipment, translators).

In addition, complex logistics systems have been created that transport palletized unit loads between the production areas and into the warehouse.

There are many solutions for holding different parts. The grippers designed by us are usually integrated on some kind of robot arm, but we have also made grippers that can be mounted on lifting structures.

Today, labor shortages encourage manufacturing companies to use robots in as many areas as possible. Over the past 10 years, we have received more and more requests to integrate a robot into some technological process. Among the tasks we solve, we primarily find examples of robotic servicing of various equipment, packaging of finished products, palletizing and de-palletizing.
